We were owner/operators at the property 1680 E 69th Ave performing heat treatment out of the space. Mark took on the responsibility of listing our property and it became apparent that his efforts were far to none. He facilitated all inspections, showings, contract negotiation, and deadlines. I have been a commercial real estate owner for most of my life and had the pleasure of working with Mark Goodman on the sale of my property. Mark’s diligent work ethic, ability to put his client’s needs first, and foresight in structuring contracts allowed for my family to benefit the most from his services. This kept me well informed on the interest level people had for my building and it let me know that Mark was diligently working to get my property sold at the price I wanted.
